SAUSAGE GRAVY

• 1 lb. bulk sausage

• 3 cups milk

• 1/3 cup flour

• Salt/pepper to taste

Crumble and cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved and then add milk. Cook until it just starts to bubble. Then reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 2 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Serve with biscuits.
