NAACP plans town hall meeting

The Cheraw NAACP will hold a town hall meeting from 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 15 at the Cheraw Community Center.

The meeting will cover and give residents and opportunity to learn more about subjects including education, economic development and criminal justice.

Members of the panel will include Cheraw Mayor Andy Ingram, Cheraw Police Chief Keith Thomas, Chesterfield County Sheriff Jay Brooks, Chesterfield County School District Superintendent Dr. Harrison Goodwin, Chesterfield County Economic Development Director Kim Burch, Fourth Circuit Assistant Solicitor Kennard Redman, and Sellers Law Firm defense attorney Rosalind Sellers.
