CROCK POT SAUSAGE, CABBAGE AND POTATOES
• 1/2 head cabbage cut into chunks
• 5 or 6 potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
• 1 lb. smoked sausage cut into pieces (I use Hillshire Farm smoked sausage)
• Salt and pepper to taste
•Enough water to fill slow cooker half full
Add all ingredients to Crock Pot, cook on high for about 4 hours or low for about 6 hours until potatoes are done.
