SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. — Police say they caught a Marlboro County man driving on a revoked license last week.

Eric Lee Faulkner, 31, of 212 High St. in McColl, was arrested Aug. 13 in the Moore County village of Southern Pines, according to jail records.

Police charged Faulkner with driving while license revoked. Records state his revocation was based on an impaired-driving charge.

Faulkner served probation on a May 2012 conviction of Level 2 driving while impaired in Scotland County, North Carolina, according to the N.C. Division of Adult Correction.

He previously served probation on a felony drug paraphernalia conviction and a misdemeanor count of failing to notify the state Division of Motor Vehicles of his change of address.

Faulkner’s first court appearance is listed as the date of his arrest. Bond information was unavailable.
