ABERDEEN, N.C. — A Bennettsville woman was arrested Monday on trespassing and theft charges in North Carolina, according to jail records.

Tiffany Lorraine Henderson, 29, of 218 Fayetteville Ave., was booked into the Moore County Detention Center on a charge of second-degree trespassing and charged with misdemeanor larceny in a June 8 incident.

Aberdeen police arrested Henderson on the trespassing warrant, which was taken out Monday by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office. An unspecified out-of-county agency filed the larceny charge.

Henderson was jailed under a $2,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on the charges Oct. 8.

All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
