To the editor:
It is so sad when mankind — yes, I mean people of all races and denominations — cannot live in peace. We are all God’s children. He had his reason for creating the different races. I am sure he did not intend for there to be hatred and bitterness. I cannot see why the color of a person’s skin should justify that individual’s character.
First of all, know who your creator is — God! Yes, he made us, and not we ourselves. For whatever reason it may have been, we need to accept this. And please, please, people, learn to get together and live in harmony. For God is the light of the world.
I am sure we all have had challenges in life, and I thank God for sending me the people who were there for me during my transition. And yes, there were people of all races. I thank them, I love them and I will always be forever grateful.
If you love God, you will love your fellow man!
