Carolina Fest kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 6, with arts and crafts, festival foods, and the Kids Pavilion at the Olde Towne Centre. There will be all day entertainment featuring Melody Teal, Bound by Him live on the Palmetto Pavilion Stage.
Parade of the Carolinas is at 10 a.m. on Main Street.
Pet Parade Stage at Olde Towne Centre is at 1:30 p.m.
There is also a Pumpkin Carving & Decorating Contest at the Chesterfield Arts Commission Tent.
The “Gotta Have Heart” 5K is also Saturday. Presented by Chesterfield General Hospital Hosted by Chesterfield Family YMCA. Late registration begins Sunday, Oct. 1- Oct. 6 until 7:40 a.m. T-shirts to pre-registered runners. For more information call 843-623-9622.
