The following people were recently arrested on these charges by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office:
• Johnny Dewayne Booker Jr., 30, of 14484 Hartsville Ruby Road, Hartsville, was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and drug equipment violations.
• Thomas R. Smith, 52, of 131 Shea Hill Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.
• Ricky Lorne Burr, 42, of 1610 Highway 265, Chesterfield, was arrested for assault in the second degree.
• Latonya Toyette Buchanan, 40, of 511 Dunn Street, Morven, N.C., was arrested for driving under suspension, speeding and expired vehicle tag.
• Lonny Earl Wilson, 49, of 2291 Freeman Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for trespass of real property.
• Raymond Antonio Miller, 29, of 16484 Highway 265, Jefferson, was arrested for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.
• Camelia Shandy Robinson, 30, of 5267 Pleasant Plains Road, Kershaw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.
• Rhonda Courtney, 36, of 290 Highpoint Church Road, Pageland, was arrested for simple assault.
• Eddie Ronald Courtney, 60, of 290 High Point Church Road, Pageland, was arrested for simple assault.
• Donald Timothy Hartis, 49, of 996 S Arant Apt. 9-A, Pageland, was arrested for simple assault.
• James Earl Ferguson, 66, of 1266 Dairy Road, Red Springs, N.C., was arrested for distribution of counterfeit items.
• William Antoine Thigpen, 48, of 3952 Briar Hill Drive, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested for counterfeiting/forgery.
• Chadwick Daniel Marsh, 31, of 79 Sellers Lindsay Lane, Chesterfield, was arrested for distribution of counterfeit items.
• Robert Lee Shivers, 55, of 103 North Gregory, Lancaster, was arrested for distribution of counterfeit items.
• William Perry McGuinn, 41, of 150 Vickie Lane, Cheraw, was arrested for distribution of counterfeit items.
• Chandler Spencer, 50, of 411 South Eight Street, Hartsville, was arrested for distribution of counterfeit items.
