JEFFERSON – Ileader Lockhart Duren, 85, died Feb. 5, 2011.

Funeral services were held Feb. 12 at Hopewell United Methodist with burial following in church cemetery.

Duren was a lifelong member of Hopewell United Methodist where she was a faithful member of the women society, usher board, finance secretary and treasurer, Sunday school teacher and chairperson of worship.

She was preceded in death by husband Robert Ingram.

She later married the late Laney Duren.

Surviving are son Robert (Margie) Ingram, of Jefferson; daughters Lillie M. Ingram, Letha M. Ingram and Mildred Bowman, of Jefferson; Peggy L. Welch, of Charlotte, N.C., and Delores Ingram, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters Rozella Lane, of Long Island, N.Y.; and Roberta C. McMillian, of Jefferson; brother Johnnie Lockhart, of Jefferson; 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren

Flemming Funeral Home served the Duren Family.
