A funeral mass was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 from St. Peter's Catholic Church. Memorials may be made to Helping Hands Hospice, P.O. Box 474, Bennettsville, S.C. 29512; or St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
Born in Cheraw, Mrs. Sellers was a daughter of the late William H. and Athalia Owens James. She was a retired nurse and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church
Surviving are her husband, David Lee Sellers of the home; a daughter, Nina (Larry) Fowler-Frazier of Cheraw; three sisters, Nina (Claude) Chapplear of Charlotte, N.C., Evelyn (Frank) Fowler of Little River, and Mae Belle (Lacy) Pridgen of Cheraw; a granddaughter, Chastity Monroe (Mitch) Davis of Cheraw; a great-grandson, Tyson James Davis of Cheraw; and special friend, Dr. Francis Murray of Charlotte.
She was preceded in death by a husband, Charles W. Davidson; a son, Charles B. Davidson, and a sister, Ethel Jacobs.
Arrangements were entrusted to Norton Funeral Home.
