PAGELAND — Charles “Sonny” Donald Rollings, 75, died Dec. 28, 2011, under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Chesterfield County.

A graveside service was held Dec. 30 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Rollings was the son of the late James Cleveland and Mary Lee Price Rollings, also predeceased by son, Donnie Rollings. Rollings and his wife own and operate the Watermelon Patch in Pageland.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Rollings of Pageland; daughters, Crystal Plyler (David) of Lancaster, Robin Stoops (Brian) of Hartsville; brother, James Curtis Rollings of Pageland; sisters, Clara Hayes (Boyd) of Pageland, Shelby Gainey of Pageland, Lucreia Rollins of Pageland, Kay Anderson (Mitchell) of Pageland; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorials have been requested for Hospice of Chesterfield County, P.O. Box 293, Chesterfield, SC 29709.

Sutton-Baumgarten Funeral Home of Pageland is serving the Rollings family.
