The following people were recently arrested on these charges by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Jimmy Antonio Pegues, 21, of 700 Powe St., Cheraw, was arrested for assault in the third degree.

• Rodrick Shanard Jackson, 34, of 228 Jersey St., Cheraw, was arrested for assault in the third degree.

• Johnny Ray Marshall, 20, of 226 King Road, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Matthew Travis Hancock, 34, of 1861 Shag Road, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Shauna Brandon Berry, 28, of 4038 N. Highway 57, Little Rock, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Melvin Baylor, 50, of 705 Market St., Cheraw, was arrested for public drunkenness and resisting arrest.

• Darius Jaleel McFall, 20, of 2020 W. Market St., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Johnny Tujuan Smith, 38, of 174 Roberts St., Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Billy Carson Little, 18, of 300 Moffat Drive Apt 4-F, Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Schiaparelli Drake, 54, of 660 McDonald Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for driving under the influence and ABC violation.

• Thomas John Henry, 23, of 2781 Rosser Lane, Wallace, was arrested for trespassing.

• Michael Dwayne Henry, 43, of 2781 Rosser Lane, Wallace, was arrested for trespassing.

• Jimmy Lee Walker, 39, of 1334 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Robert Lee Williams, 49, of 87 Terry Road, Cheraw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.

• Ashley Dianne Ochoa, 32, of 3559 Kennerly Road, Columbia, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Henry Daniel Jones, 58, of 224 Godfrey St., Cheraw, was arrested for public drunkenness.

• Shemekia Syreene Ratliff, 24, of 451 Miller Ingram, Cheraw, was arrested for contempt of the court.

• Tracy Wayne McQueen Jr., 20, of 108 B. Fred Harris Drive, Cheraw, was arrested for public drunkenness.
