The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Eldridge Lamont Leak, 27, of 6672 Pegues Circle, Wallace, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Santenna Christina Marley, 33, of 109 A ACL Ave., Cheraw, was arrest for disorderly conduct.

• Ralph Nike Terry, 44, of 37 John Motley Dr., Cheraw, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Brian Scott Powers, 31, of 403 Williams Dr., Bennettsville, was arrested for open container.

• Christopher Wayne Outlaw, 29, of 2114 Grants Mill Rd., Wallace, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• James Edward Henderson, 24, of 324 Huger St., Cheraw, was arrested for driving under suspension.

• Deshawn Franklin Williams, 18, of 8789 Hwy 38 N, Bennettsville, was arrested for having an unlawful weapon.

• Wilbert lee Harrington Jr., 33, of 4113 Fire Department Rd., Wallace, was arrested for petit larceny.

• Robert Anthony Lide, 52, of 117 LeGrand St., Cheraw, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving under suspension.

• Henry Daniel Jones, 58, of 224 Godfrey St., Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing and petit larceny.

• Aundrea Parks, 51, of 106 Barley Dr., Greenwood, S.C., was arrested for shoplifting.

Arrest reports published in the Cheraw Chronicle are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrest and criminal summons such as citations. The Chronicle lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
