Frances Jordan Funderburk, 66, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, at Fairview Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Funderburk was born Oct. 10, 1946, in Mt. Croghan, a daughter of the late Ross Eugene and Susie Geneva Oliver Jordan. She was a 1966 graduate of Jefferson High School and was a former employee of Culp Weaving. Funderburk was a lifelong member of Fairview Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. In addition to her parents, Frances was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Clay Funderburk, and by four brothers, Ray, Everette, Carroll, and Fred Jordan.

She is survived by two brothers; Gerald D. (Sue) Jordan of Mt. Croghan, and Robert M. (Rachel) Jordan of Chesterfield, one sister; Lucy J. Summerford of Pageland, and numerous nieces and nephews.
