James “Jim” Alan Davis, 73, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at his home.
Funeral service was held on Sunday, Nov. 25, at Rose Memorial Church of the Nazarene, Pageland. Visitation was on Sunday, Nov. 25, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield.
Davis was born Aug. 26, 1939, in Boston, Mass., a son of the late James Victor and Geraldine Sweeney Davis. He was a former owner and operator of Pageland Amaco Service Station. Davis was a member of the Rose Memorial Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed riding the lawn mower, playing golf, and bowling.
Davis is survived by his daughter, Wendy West; granddaughter, Carrie West; five stepchildren, Ralph Curtis, Richard Curtis, William “Bill” Curtis, Kathy Schember, and Jason Curtis; 13 step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
