Betty Deese Perdue, 77, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Palmetto Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 18, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Perdue was born Nov. 3, 1935, in Chesterfield County, a daughter of the late Maxie and Iris James Deese. She was a former supervisor with Chesterfield Manufacturing and a member of Palmetto Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Perdue was also preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include a husband, Carroll E. Perdue of the home, son, Wayne (Becky) Perdue of Patrick, daughter, Sherry (Ed) Phillips of Cheraw, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren, two sisters, Sybil Winstead of Chesterfield, and Dot (Tommy) Jordan of Cheraw.
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield, is serving the family.
