The following arrests were recently made by the Cheraw Police Department:

• Willie Brian Quick, 49, of 228 2nd Ave., Bennettsville, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Jihadd Tremal Ayers, 18, of 38 Huger St., Cheraw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.

• Joshua Dominique Ellerbe, 22, of 13 Howard St., Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing, as well as assault and battery.

• Matthew Whitfield Johnson, 45, of 208 Pinecrest Dr., Bennettsville, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Ebany Lettisha Ross, 20, of 135 Rosa Road, Camron, N.C., was arrested for shoplifting and no South Carolina driver’s License.

• Landis Keith Hooks, 43, of 1000 Macadonia Church Road, Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Rodney D. Lewis, 35, of 622 Third Street, Cheraw, was arrested for assault and battery.

• Damon Antwan McCaskill, 28, of 103 Chapman St., Cheraw, was arrested for failure to stop for a blue light and driving under suspension.

• Leo Tramall Byrd, 29, of 363 Old Cash Road, Cheraw, was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

• Levi Ferguson, 47, of 407 King St., Bennettsville, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• DaQuan Autrell McManus, 20, of 360 Belk Sikes Lane, Mt. Croghan, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Jeffery Wilson, 42, homeless of Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing and shoplifting.

• Frank Maurice Laney, 56, of 27 Valley Lane Road, Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Lisa Diane Coats, 56, of 101 Pine Haven Park, Rockingham, N.C., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• Jonathan Brandon Menikhem, 28, of 3656 Fire Department Road, Wallace, was arrested for driving under the influence and no South Carolina driver’s license.

• Thomas Lee Evans, 57, of 2604 Old Ridge Road, Chesterfield, was arrested for assault and battery first degree.

• Jaquon Demetrice Pegues, 21, of 163 Laney Road, Cheraw, was arrested for shoplifting.

• James Marcell Blair, 20, of 1336 Dizzy Gillespie, Cheraw, was arrested for criminal domestic violence.

• Ricky Bridges, 50, of 1542 Soon Circle, Cheraw, was arrested for trespassing and public drunk.
