PATRICK – Mrs. Mary Lee Hancock Teal, 71, March 7, 2010.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. March 10, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Douglas Mill Cemetery.
Visitation was 6-8 p.m. March 9, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Teal was born April 2, 1938 a daughter of the late Henry Franklin and Mollie Tucker Hancock. She was a patient caregiver and a homemaker.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Teal, four brothers and 10 sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Junior (Michelle) Tolson of Chesterfield, and Jimmy (Tammy) Teal of Graham, N.C.; two daughters, Susan (Francisco) Martinez of Elizabethtown, N.C. and Margaret (Raymond) Freeman of Patrick; a sister, Audrey Faye (Eddie) Gainey of Cheraw, 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
