The Cheraw Arts Commission presented its “Young at Art” Printmaking Camp at the Cheraw Community Center July 15. Artist Kelly Bollman instructed the young artists in various styles of printmaking including Relief and Monotype. Campers created self-portraits, botanical and animal prints using the techniques. The art pieces from the printmaking program will be on display at the Burr Gallery throughout the month along with artwork from other art camps offered by the Cheraw Arts Commission this summer.

Hours for the Burr Gallery are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm at the Cheraw Community Center located at 200 Powe Street. The Cheraw Arts Commission is supported by the SC Arts Commission, which receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts and the United Way of Chesterfield County.
