Judy Ann Boone, 57, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.

Funeral service 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 28, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, Chesterfield.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Patrick.

Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at the funeral home.

Boone was born Feb. 3, 1955, in Darlington, a daughter of the late Vernon and Macy Tyner Boone. She was a former employee of MSD for 23 years and was an employee of Citi Trends Warehouse for the past seven years. Judy attended Faith Community Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Boykin Wallace Jr.

Survivors include one son, Phillip (Bobbie) Wallace of Sanford, N.C., one daughter, Christina Wallace of Darlington, three grandchildren, three stepsons, Robert, Jerry, and Larry Wallace, two stepdaughters, Rosine Gilbert and Mammie (Mike) Sparks, also six step-grandchildren and six step-great grandchildren, three brothers, Robbie (Beth) Boone of Society Hill, Daniel Tilmon Boone of Quinby, and Gene Boone of Society Hill, five sisters, Mary (Don) Gainey of Society Hill, Sylvia (William) Gleich of Chesterfield, Janie Boone of Patrick, Debbie Boone of Society Hill, and Lisa Truett of New York.

Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home of Chesterfield, is assisting the family.
