300 employees a day: Etzo filled the field

This was the seventh time that the Itzu HR Services Group was responsible for staffing the just-ended Pukkelpop Festival. Up to 300 people could be seen on each festival day in Kiewit Meadow with the Itzu logo on their clothing. The group around Louis Kemps, Koen Janssen and Luc Lormans also tied their own activation to the partnership with Pukkelpop.

“This year, we engaged festival-goers in fun and informative video interviews, where they could give their opinions on job applications and workplaces,” explains Christian Mollans from Itzo. The videos, which also included funny dilemmas such as: “A week without coffee or sending a meme with every email for a week”, generated thousands of reactions online. Itzu has a long-standing partnership with Pukkelpop. “We provide staff every year, for example to collect waste or take care of access control. We had around 300 people working every day of the festival. A big task, but that’s just us. It’s never hard to find people who are excited to work at Pukkelpop!”

So there is a good opportunity to expand the collaboration. “This fits perfectly with Itzo’s mission, especially to motivate and develop talent,” added Molins. “In this way we contribute to the growth of both individuals and organizations. Whether at the festival or outside, our personal approach and our extensive experience in the field of human resources are always at the heart of what we do…”
