Firefighters rescue a man from a false wall of a theater in Syracuse, New York. How he got there is still a mystery. Firefighters had to cut a hole in the wall after the doorman heard a knock. The man who was released was completely naked. He was admitted to the psychiatric department of the hospital.
The fire service was called after the doorman heard a knock on the walls and someone screaming for help. They first removed the tiles and then made a hole in the wall. So they managed to free the man.
How it got there is still a mystery. He has yet to be questioned for being too confused.
Speaking to Syracuse.com, a local news outlet, Landmark Theater Director Mike Intagleta said the man was seen in the building earlier this week.
The staff who saw him assumed he had left. Because there are no performances in the theater at the moment because rehearsals are going on for a new piece.
John Kane, deputy chief of the Syracuse Fire Department, told local US media that the man hid in space for two days and was stuck due to the fall.
Police said the man will not be charged because he suffers from psychological problems.
