Elden Ring is almost with us as we slowly learn more about the RPG, compiled in collaboration with writer George R.R. Martin. FromSoftware titles have never been a waste of time and will be no different with Elden Ring.
Producer Yasuhiro Kitao revealed that it takes about 30 hours to complete Elden Ring, and of course he only talks about the main mission and there are more than enough side tracks and New Game+ modes to explore.
Kitao also says that it’s not possible to fully experience the game in one game, because there are branches (and thus possibly multiple endings) at the end.
This will vary greatly by player, but in terms of goals set during development, the idea is that the main road should be completed in about 30 hours. The game as a whole is quite massive and has dozens of additional hours of gameplay, but if we are talking about the main track only, then it will not take much longer than that.
Technically it’s impossible to get to 100% because there are branching points near the end, but you can definitely get very close.
Elden Ring will be available on February 25 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S and PC.
