As a project manager you are involved in all these stages.

Our design method is based on design for manufacturing and assembly. This means that during the entire design process we test whether the design can also be produced and built efficiently. After all, timber construction is by definition a 2D or 3D prefabricated construction method.

In order to significantly innovate the world of construction together and design and implement beautiful circular wooden projects, we are looking for an experienced Architect (Technical) who can advise our clients in the role of Project Manager and also manage all design phases.

what are you going to do?

• Project team leader;
• Evaluate and modify floor plans and master plans, if necessary;
• Test the bond between building components in relation to the main supporting timber structure;
• The link between the client, the architect and the Hamlet engineering team
• Represent Hamlet at design team meetings;
• Oversee, plan and manage the entire design process, from feasibility and SO to UO;

What’s in your backpack?

• Completion of a master’s degree in architecture or engineering
• Experience with multi-storey residential buildings.
• Affinity with wood as the most important building material;
• Good understanding of Dutch building regulations.
• Good knowledge of Revit software.
• Positive personality
• Precise and precise working method
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Very good command of the Dutch language;
