Olympic Men’s Match Prediction
On Wednesday afternoon, Guinea and New Zealand will play their first match of the Olympic Games. Both teams are in Group A with France and USA, so this group stage is very competitive.
The Guinea squad has many players who grew up in the French league or were born in France. Apart from the young players, the team also has some interesting exceptional players. For example, team captain Naby Keïta. The now 30-year-old Werder Bremen midfielder previously played for the likes of RB Leipzig and Liverpool. Another well-known name is Ilex moribunda. The 21-year-old midfielder came through FC Barcelona’s youth academy but never broke through, returning to his boss RB Leipzig after a loan spell.
New Zealand’s selection consists mostly of players playing in their own league and the main supplier is Wellington Phoenix. The club, which finished second in the New Zealand tournament last year, supplies no less than 6 players to this team. One of the team’s best players is Joe Bell. One of the exceptions is the 25-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for the 4th-placed Vikings in Norway.
