Mentissa Aziza (22) already starred in the Belgian and Dutch versions of the TV show “The Voice”, and now the girl from Denderleeuw also looks like she is on her way to doing well in France. On Saturday I already qualified for the final.
French TV channel TF1 broadcast the semifinals of the hit show on Saturday, with eight candidates subject to the judging of the jury and the general public. Mentesa presented her version of the song “Pour ne pas vivre seul” to Dalida, and qualified as one of the four shortlisted for the final. It will air next week.
Aziza won the first installment of The Voice Kids in Flanders in 2014, and in 2019 she arrived at Knockouts at The Voice of Holland. As for the French version, the organizers contacted herself, and her participation remained unnoticed. The French even suggest it as a big favorite. She could become the first Belgian to win the French match.
