Discover private group training for women at Potential Health Club

Are you suffering from stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, and want to increase your energy levels, reduce stress, and maintain physical and mental activity? Then the new Potential Health Club: Rebalanced by PHC program might be just the thing for you!

Potential Health Club introduces a new concept: private group training, designed specifically for women aged 25 to 60. This exclusive program offers a unique opportunity to rebalance your health and well-being, focusing not only on what you eat, but also on how your body processes and absorbs nutrition.

Starting point for choosing yourself

The training group consists of a maximum of ten participants, ensuring personal attention and guidance. “What we often hear from participants is that they have lost sight of themselves. This program provides a starting point to choose themselves again and discover how a healthy lifestyle fits into their lives,” says Pink. “During the program, we often see women regain hormonal balance. Menstrual complaints decrease, women going through menopause experience fewer fluctuations and experience this period in a more relaxed way.”

Many participants achieved impressive results. For example, a 28-year-old woman lost 15 kg in two months, including 10 kg of fat mass. Another participant, a 56-year-old woman, lost 6 kg of fat mass in three months.

The match will kick off on September 7, with the first training session starting on September 9. There will be one hour of group training per day, but exact times have yet to be determined. Each phase of the program lasts 21 days and focuses on restoring hormonal balance and addressing various health complaints such as stress, fatigue, joint pain and chronic conditions.
