The regular season in the NBA is over: venues for matches and matches have been distributed. Key finding: Champions League Los Angeles Lakers must pass play to impose a potential title defense. She won by herself in New Orleans, but Portland did the same against Denver.
It was still one of the biggest question marks: Did the Lakers finish sixth and last in the direct play-off match at the Western Conference? Or did it stay in seventh place and switch to playing like this?
The Lakers did what they had to do: win in New Orleans (98-110), thanks to 25 points and 6 assists from LeBron James. For a moment, horror struck the Lakers as King James injured his right ankle again. Fortunately, it was more of a shock than a detriment.
And the Lakers will be able to use James. They have to pass Number 8 Golden State Warriors in seventh place. Golden State manages to hold its place against rival Memphis (113-101) and can burn a candle to Stephen Curry.
Curry was everywhere with 46 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds. He proved once again to be the best shot of the season with an average of 31.8 points. 11 times he scored 40 points or more.
The Lakers loser against the Warriors has a second chance to reach the playoffs: a win over the winner in the match between No. 9 Memphis and No. 10 San Antonio.

Utah FC Record: In the lead for the first time after the regular season
The top seed (with home advantage) in the playoffs is Utah. The jazz team won the Western Conference and more: With 52 wins and 20 defeats, they became the best team in the NBA season for the first time.
It’s no longer exciting in the Sacramento Final. The 2nd seeded opponent Phoenix kept the pressure high until the end, after a 121-123 win over San Antonio itself. But the difference between jazz and royalty was huge. This resulted in 99-121. The best player of the match was Jordan Clarkson VI, who scored 33 points.
Utah and Phoenix don’t know their extension rivals yet (which comes through play), but Denver Portland and Los Angeles Clippers Dallas are the other posters in the West.
In the East, Milwaukee-Miami and New York-Atlanta have already been repaired, and No. 1 Philadelphia and No. 2 Brooklyn are still waiting to be played. The match starts on Tuesday with Indiana-Charlotte and Boston-Washington.
