Famous PeopleSinger Adele (33 years old) is building herself a new luxury home where she has received planning permission to build a huge one-bedroom mansion of 100 square meters. The new star house will be created by connecting two adjacent houses together. The location is in the fashionable London district of Kensington.
One room is 100 square metres, which is already twice the size of an average London apartment. A new home might be the perfect place to start a new family with her new boyfriend, American sports agent Rich Paul, and the agent for basketball player LeBron James.
Adele has purchased real estate for a total of 13 million euros and will spend over 2 million euros to turn it into the property of her dreams. “This is a fitting home for one of the biggest stars on earth. An insider said.”
son’s playroom
Adele grew up in an apartment above a discount store in south London. Now she will have four floors in her new home. According to plans, the mansion’s basement will contain a two-car garage and a huge playroom for her lucky eight-year-old son, Angelo. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and study. The upper floor will have three en-suite bedrooms and another playroom.
The entire first floor will occupy the huge Adele master suite, with bathrooms, dressing rooms and a glass floor. The combined gardens will include a wooden pergola and a barbecue area. The house will be finished with metal Juliet balconies which should be painted black as the house is located in a nature reserve. Construction will start soon.
