In this programme, young professionals are offered a comprehensive management development program with soft and hard skills training, intervention and coaching. They also undertake challenging projects for clients.

Tina Marquez began working as an administrative assistant. She previously held a similar role at engineering firm Arup.

Finally, Maartje Lettinga and Feije de Backker are new to Boer & Croon. They follow the talent acquisition and HR training program of AB&C Group (parent company of Boer & Croon). After completing a term at sister company Aeves Benefit, they now begin their next term at Boer & Croon.

Boer & Croon, together with merger partner Aeves Group, is part of EPSA, a globally operating consultancy with more than 2,000 professionals.
