Club Brugge have already significantly strengthened their first team, but NXT is also receiving a boost. According to journalist Sacha Tavoleri, Blue Zwart have signed left-back Seren Valo-Coli.
The 17-year-old Senegalese is currently undergoing medical tests at Belfius Basecamp and will first start working at Club NXT. Colley comes from Senegalese club Amitié.
The return of the talented
Described as a “talented left back”, Colley will sign a three-year deal with an option for an additional year. No medical issues are expected and Colley will be able to prove himself at Club NXT.
Club NXT is the perfect stepping stone for the first team. Club Brugge’s U21s play in the Challenger Pro League and talent can gain experience at the highest level before moving on to Nicky Hein’s selection.

Hayen has been active in Club NXT in the past and likes to capitalize on talent. Club Brugge is therefore increasingly focusing on youth work and bringing talent into the first team. With Kiriani Sapp, Joaquin Cees, Maxime De Kuyper and Shamseddine Talibi, Hayen has plenty of talent at Brugge’s disposal.
