In the short video, Katya poses in front of the camera to shoot the photo book “Dear Future Me”. A Dutch photographer wanted to pay tribute to the female body through the book, and Katja also wanted to contribute to this project. “Because we often show our strong, cheerful, laughing, strong side that can do everything on its own, the mask,” she wrote in the caption of her post. “And because almost all of us do it, you almost start to believe that 'others' are really like that, and you're the only one who doesn't. That's why I'm sharing these pictures without a mask. So you can be sure that we're all basically the same.” And yes, even Without a bra already. And without anything to blur my nipples away. A few years ago, Katja Schurmann surprised the audience in Flanders when she was a guest on the program “Gert Late Night”. She explained that she supports “free love.” “There were always two of us anyway,” Katja explained. “But sometimes we thought: Oh, there's a nice person over there. Then anything could happen.” She also stressed that it's not always about women. “No on both counts.” However, James was almost surprised when he asked her how many people she had at a time. “How much did we have in the jacuzzi that day?” I thought out loud. “Seven?” It seemed so at the time.
Although she is not well known in our country, unlike the Netherlands where she has appeared on television for almost 30 years. Katja Shurman can sing, act and present. She had her breakthrough in 1994 when she got the role of Jessica Harmsen in the movie Good Times, Bad Times. After that she was seen countless times on the Dutch screen. In 2019, she was also introduced to Flemish audiences when she took part in “De Slimste Mens” and competed against James Cook and Geert Verhulst in “The Battle”, a televised competition between Flanders and the Netherlands.
