The American writer revealed this in a blog post earlier this week. Martin wrote, among other things, that he had already seen a “rough version of the first episode.” “I thought it was cool,” it sounds convincing. In the meantime, fans are looking forward to the “House of the Dragon” pre-release for Game of Thrones. Along with George RR Martin, IMDb is very positive about the series. The site called the series we’re looking forward to in 2022. “That too says something,” according to the author.
The series revolves around House Targaryen, or the ancestors of Daenerys ‘Khaleesi’ Targaryen from ‘Game of Thrones’. The series takes place 200 years before the events of the original show. “It’s dark and powerful, just the way I love it,” Martin continued in a blog post. In the lead roles, we see Emma Darcy as Princess Rhinera Targaryen, Paddy Considine as King Vipers Targaryen and Matt Smith (known from “The Crown” and “Doctor Who” among others) to be seen as the Demon Prince Targaryen. “The audience may only know some of the cast beforehand, but I think you’ll fall in love with everyone,” Martin said of the series’ cast.
Furthermore, George R.R. Martin had nothing but praise for Ryan J.Condal and Miguel Sapochnik, the makers of the GOT movie show. “They did a really great job. The Targaryen family is in good hands. I don’t think you will be disappointed.”
