The link works on all types of devices. In this example, we are connecting to an Android smartphone, but you can also open the link on a Windows PC. The created link opens in the browser. As long as the device has a suitable browser and device, you can join the conversation.

Create a FaceTime link
Follow the four steps below:
- Open the FaceTime app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 or iPadOS 15.

- Then give this link an appropriate name. You can do this after creating it, by clicking on the link in the app.
- Now select a sharing method from the Actions menu. You can share links via email or messaging service.
The person who receives the link can click on it and it will be taken to a page within their browser. There they enter their name and can join the conversation. They can access common FaceTime features such as muting the microphone, disabling the camera, and more.
