IPC Groene Ruimte is a living environment training institute that trains thousands of professionals every year. Our offerings are wide-ranging and targeted at professionals who work in a healthy physical living environment.
Your turn
As a Landscape Coach, you are part of a driven team within IPC Groene Ruimte. It trains course participants and develops new educational materials in the field of green management and maintenance within a green living environment. You will cover topics ranging from plant and soil knowledge, green (urban) infrastructure to future applications of greenness in relation to biodiversity and climate.
The interconnection between these topics requires an integrated approach to green management in the future. Your mission is to work with a motivated and cohesive team of colleagues to raise the knowledge and skills of professionals to a future-proof level.
You will also get to work with
Relationship Management: Maintains communication with clients and participants, gauges their needs, and then advises them on possible follow-ups. In addition to our existing courses and training, we also offer tailored programs and ask that you consider this. You are not doing this alone. You work closely with our training consultants for this. | ||
Organization: You manage the learning materials, associated exams and training sites. Our training and education does not only take place within the walls of the classroom, on the contrary: you can regularly be found outside with participants so that they learn through experience. With Koningsheide being our own backyard, there is no shortage of examples of locations. |

You have several years of experience in the landscaping field and would like to share your knowledge and skills with others. So you have a clear vision for green management in the future. | ||
You are flexible and can adapt well: As a coach, you largely work during office hours, but this can sometimes go awry. | ||
You are available at least 32 hours per week | ||
Teaching experience is helpful but not essential. It is important to have good communication skills and have the ability to transfer knowledge |
