Jenny Real Estate specializes in the development and redevelopment of commercial and residential properties in a sustainable manner.
At the end of March, Jeni Real Estate received the environmental permit for the first phase of Business Park Bergebeek in Heist-op-den-Berg. This first phase consists of 28 small and medium-sized units and space for 6 designated buildings on the first line along the N10. Today Jeni Real Estate opens its doors to welcome buyers and those interested to take a look at the square.
Focusing on SMEs is a logical choice given the importance of SMEs in our country. Over the past eight years, we have seen an average annual growth of 3.5% in the number of SMEs. The business park attracts many local entrepreneurs.
The units are flexible and have an area of 144 square meters. Easily combine to create the perfect corporate space. The units are delivered as a standard hull, but can also be completed entirely by an in-house team from Jeni Real Estate.
Custom building volumes have already been authorized and can be built immediately. However, there are still adjustments that must be made according to the wishes of the customer.
The demolition of the former Mylène buildings began at the beginning of April. Work on the first multi-company building began at the end of September by contractor De Pelsmaeker.
We expect to complete the first phase, which is suitable for about 15,000 square meters of construction, in the spring of 2022. 45% of the SME units have already been sold.
Jeni Real Estate develops and redevelops commercial and residential properties in a sustainable manner. With our value-added expertise and personalized approach, we create and realize a business and living space tailored to our clients.
