Konami proposes the full release of eFootball We’re looking forward to Spring 2022. The game is expected to receive a major update on November 11 with several new features, but Konami says “more time is needed to deliver the quality that users have come to expect.” The mobile version of the game will also be launched in the spring of next year.
The free soccer game has been available to play since September, but Konami already announced it before its release This version of eFootball is basically a demo. Thus, the number of modes is very limited, and you can only play 1v1 matches with a limited number of teams.
However, fans are mainly complaining about various bugs and other issues that have plagued the game. Upon his release, many football players disfigured their faces and players sometimes disappeared under the grass. Because of these many problems eFootball even has the lowest user rating ever on Steam.
Meanwhile, Konami has rolled out update 0.9.1 which should fix some of the biggest issues. So it will have to wait until next year to get the full version 1.0.0. This update adds Creative Teams, Creative League, Tour Event, Challenge Event, Online Quick Match, and Online Match Lobby to the game, among others.
Konami also cancels the controversial Premium eFootball Player Pack. It has been on sale since September for 40 euros, but can only be used in the game from November 11. All pre-orders for the Premium Player Pack will be automatically refunded.
