Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess adds Xbox One and PS4 versions

Last year, Capcom introduced its latest game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Game Pass. At Summer Game Fest, we were able to see a new trailer, and learned that the version is scheduled to release on July 19 and that a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version has been added as well.

In this Japanese-inspired game, we play as Soh to make strategic decisions and use skillful sword dancing moves, while teaming up with rescued villagers and Virgin Yoshiro to overcome challenges.

Explore the village during the day and clean up the pollution by rescuing the villagers and wisely assigning roles and positions to them to help attack Seethe at night. During the night, the villagers will fight alongside Soh to protect Yoshiro from Seethe’s swarm. The trailer shows off Soul Status and new gameplay with Festering Seethe. When Soh’s health runs out, Soh enters a spiritual state where the player cannot fight and can only issue orders to the villagers to protect Yoshiro. The Festing Seethe will summon swarms of Seethe, so working with the villagers is essential.

If you pre-order the game, you’ll receive exclusive in-game items including the Mazo Talisman “Walking Basket” and “Astral Projection”, which can be equipped to Soh, as well as a digital mini art book featuring never-before-seen concept art Which was created for the game.
