Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wrote that Apple will likely come with an iPhone with a Touch ID sensor under the screen in 2023. The Touch ID under the screen was previously expected in iPhone 2022 phones. Kuo also expects Apple to release a foldable iPhone in 2024.

There have been rumors for some time about the reintroduction of Touch ID in iPhones.
