HMD Global has announced two Nokias budgets. It is related to Nokia C21 Plus and Nokia C2 2E. The Nokia C21 Plus has a long battery life of up to two days, and the Nokia C2 2E is a compact and affordable device.
As light and cheap as possible
There is a two year update policy of updates for both phones. This is only about security updates, because Nokia tries to keep the operating system as light as possible. It’s a device with Android 11† Both devices come with a micro-USB port for charging: In short, Nokia does everything in its power to make and keep devices as light, basic and therefore as cheap as possible.

Nokia C21 Plus
This phone is the best C series device from Nokia and its main focus is on durability. The battery capacity is 4000 mAh, which according to HMD Global means up to two days of battery life. The device has an IP52 rating that protects it from water droplets and dust. The screen size is 6.5 inches HD + and the device has a dual 13-megapixel camera on board with which you can take portraits and panoramas, among other things. In addition, Nokia wanted to keep the Android system pure, and therefore it is provided with security updates every three months for two years. The Nokia C21 Plus will be available from May in Belgium and the Netherlands in dark cyan and warm gray with 2/32 GB of memory. The device is available from 119 euros.
Nokia C2 2E
The younger brother of the C21 is the Nokia C2 2E. This device has a screen size of 5.7 inches. The battery size is unknown, but here too HDM Global promises two years of security updates. The device will be available in Belgium and the Netherlands from May in gray and blue colors with 2/32 GB memory. The device is available from 99 euros.
HMD Global also wants to focus entirely on services. It expects to have 1 million subscriptions to its HMD Global Connect, Connect Pro, Enable Pro and Extend Pro services in the first quarter of this year. These are IoT connections, EMM licenses, and device lock licenses. It also comes with a special team that will focus on these services.

According to HMD Global, sales of Nokia phones are doing well. It saw a 41 percent increase in smartphone revenue from 2020 to 2021. So 2021 was the company’s first full year of operating profit.
