Since her abdominal surgery, rumors have spread about Princess Kate's (42 years old) absence. One of those rumors is that Kate is in a similar situation to what Princess Diana was with Charles (75 years old). She is said to have discovered that Prince William, 41, is having an affair with Lady Sarah Rose Hanbury, 40. He had been associated with William for some time and now spoke through a lawyer.
