The feud between Prince William and Prince Harry continues to excite the United Kingdom. After the two unveiled a statue of their late mother Diana together last Friday – but also separately – author Omid Scobie now says that Prince William’s entourage made up stories about his brother’s mental state.

Prince Harry’s biographer, Omid Scobie, speaks in a new documentary that aired in the UK on Saturday. In it, he claims that the Crown Prince’s staff deliberately made up stories to discredit Prince Harry.

Scobey says it’s no coincidence that the “lying campaign” began right after Harry and his wife Meghan Markle’s journey through South Africa. There, the two first confirmed that things were not going well between the two brothers, and Markle indicated in an interview that she was not feeling well and that she was “trying to survive.” When the interviewer asked her if she was “okay,” the American actress cried and said that not much has been asked of her lately if she’s okay.
Shortly thereafter, messages were sent, Omid Scobie says, that Prince William was concerned about Harry’s mental health. But these letters were intentionally “provided” by Prince William’s retinue and were the basis for further separation of the brothers. It was no coincidence that shortly after that interview appeared on television – until the next day – letters suddenly arrived from Kensington Palace. Whether or not William ordered it: we’ll probably never know. But it came from his entourage that he owns. ”

The documentary Harry & William: What Went Wrong aired on ITV Saturday night and also covers the role of Meghan Markle. “She’s arrived at the British Royal Family with passion, ready for action,” Scobie said. “That immediately caused some friction. Markle certainly wasn’t someone who would suddenly change himself to please the people around him. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
