This year, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth (95) will take the throne for 70 years. Her concert in June will run for four days, but the “Platinum Pudding Contest” will start this week in the UK. Participating bakers try to create a new dessert for the queen that everyone can eat during the festivities. The winner will only be announced in a few months, so for those who can’t wait, we’ve already listed three of the Queen’s favorite recipes.

Even now that the Queen has celebrated her 70th birthday, the British want to make a special meal.
