Those who can submit a COVID safe ticket can shout out to the Red Devils for victory during their World Cup qualifying match against the Czech Republic for €25.
“For the first time in nearly two years, the Red Devils’ home match will be held again as normal, without bubble restrictions with a snack and drink before, during and after the match,” explained Tijs Cools, Fan Relationship. Coordinator at KBVB.
The Red Devils’ last match for loyal home fans without COVID measures dates back to November 19, 2019, when the Devils scored a 6-1 landslide victory over Cyprus.
In addition to a match ticket, anyone over the age of 12 must also be able to submit a COVID secure ticket. There are no longer any restrictions such as the maximum size of groups of friends or families who come together to provide support.
“During the pandemic, we were allowed to have 7,000 fans in the stadium during the match against Ivory Coast in October 2020, but the fans’ experience was not the same due to the measures imposed,” Coles said.
“There are now at least 35,000 tickets available for our loyal fans, who will once again be able to experience as much in and around the stadium as before, and will also have access to beverage and food kiosks in the stadium before, during and after the match.”
