Great red flame day. The women’s national team will play Albania tonight in the race for the World Cup, but it also introduced new jerseys. For the first time in history, these are unique copies, completely different from the Red Devils. Even the choice of color is different.
The Red Flames has become a brand in its own right. The first new equipment proves it once again. Whereas in the past they had to play with the derivative of the uniform offered for and by the Red Devils, they now have their own design.
“This is in order to highlight the great development and great ambition of women’s football in Belgium,” this is what appears in the communications.
To enhance the statement, black was chosen as an eye-catching base color instead of the traditional red. In addition, there was also a new pale yellow exterior kit with a subtle graphic print and streamlined Bond logo.

Tastes vary, but the design is already getting a lot of applause on social media. “It’s always fun to play in a new costume, especially now because it’s a real women’s costume,” says Captain Tessa Wallart. “Black doesn’t feel wrong either.”
The new jersey from apparel sponsor adidas is made entirely from recycled Parley Ocean plastic.
In appreciation of Red Flames and for the development of women’s football, the Red Devils will wear the jersey once during a UEFA Nations League match in June.
