ShowbizThis week, the hit musical “Red Star Line” disappointed its audience twice. In both cases, it is no longer possible to proceed with the performance due to technical problems. “The spectacular musical performances at the Studio 100 Pop-Up Theater in Puurs are particularly sophisticated,” says Studio 100.
look. The Red Star Line gets it wrong again
Yesterday evening, there was a full house waiting at the Studio 100 Pop-up Theater in Puurs for the musical extravaganza “Red Star Line” when things suddenly went wrong. The show was supposed to start at 8:30 p.m., but fifteen minutes later the audience was told there were technical problems. After about half an hour the problem would have been solved, but that turned out to be too early. Because shortly afterwards, the actors took to the stage to announce that the show would be cancelled. It was said that further communications on how to handle this cancellation will be sent early next week.
Last Friday, technical problems also disrupted the Red Star Line, leading to the cancellation of the show.
“The stunning musicals at the Studio 100 Pop-Up Theater in Puurs are artistically groundbreaking and exceptionally complex,” explains Studio 100. “The entire team, both front and backstage, work extremely hard every day and with great passion to achieve this artistic achievement. That is why we think it is a great shame that we have to stop 4 of the 130 performances of Red Star Line. In this case, the audience will receive an invitation to watch the performance Another time. Ultimately, as Studio 100, we want to provide a unique, high-quality theatrical experience.
Also in May, technical problems with the “Red Star Line” led to the cancellation of two shows. Even then there were problems with the runway. It is therefore no longer possible to present both the afternoon show and the evening show.
