Rift Apart will have 60fps ray tracing mode at launch

Ratchet & Clank: The Rift Apart’s Day 1 patch adds a Performance RT mode that allows the game to run at 60 frames per second with ray tracing enabled.

Insomniac Games revealed that both Performance Mode and RT Performance Mode will be available to all players who update Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart when it releases on PS5 on June 11, 2021.

This is another example of Insomniac games that offer players the best option of both worlds and it follows the RT performance mode added to both Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PS5.

Speaking of options, Insomniac has also added an extensive list of accessibility features to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, including the ability to adjust shooting modes, aim mode, auto-aim, various contrast options, motion blur, screen shake, and more. Lots.
