In “B&B Seeks Lief,” Sluis’ Katy puts her men to work, but this is not well received by everyone. The first teasing occurs and Roland has had enough of it for a while.
Katie, 52, runs her original guesthouse, d’Ouwe Schuure, in Sluis. The business in Sluis combines seven beautiful guest rooms with a cosy restaurant where classic Flemish, French and Dutch cuisine is on the menu. ‘My B&B is more than just a place to stay; it’s a home away from home,’ says Katie.
To find out what she has, Katie hires her men Stefan and Roland to work at the bed and breakfast. However, the latter wasn’t entirely set up with that in mind.
Bad points
Halfway through the service, Roland decides enough work is enough. Katie clearly doesn’t like it. “Are you done yet? We’re halfway through the service?” Katie asks in surprise. Roland replies that she’s looking for a man, not a worker, and then promptly leaves the B&B.
Katie must have had her own opinion: “These are not good points!” Roland just left work? Then he shouldn’t come back to sleep here.
You can watch “B&B Searches Lief” Monday to Thursday at 8:35 pm on VTM and VTM GO.
