On Saturday 23 March, Momenz invites all residents of Stichtse Vecht to participate in “Lekker in je Vel Beurs” – a health fair that promises to inspire and inform in advance on a range of health topics, aimed at individuals and families alike. Taking place on the first floor of the MFA Safari in Marcinbrück, this event promises an afternoon full of insights and possibilities for a healthier, happier life. (Image is for clarification)
With a diverse series of speakers such as Yap Jongbloed, topics such as promoting healthy living, dealing with dementia, achieving well-being and resilience, heightened sensitivity, reversing aging (rejuvenation), the impact of social media on young people, and making smart choices in the supermarket are discussed. The exhibition provides valuable information to all visitors.
The exhibition will also feature several booths, including local organizations offering services and products aimed at improving the health and lifestyle of the community. Whether it's about healthy eating, exercise, mental health or other aspects of well-being, visitors can count on access to clear information and solutions to improve their lifestyle.
To visit the exhibition, an entrance ticket is required, which is available free of charge via the website Moomins.
