JS Consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a public space for a municipality close to Blaricum. This is a 32-36 hour per week position, starting 01-08-2024 for 1 year (with option to extend).
In recent years, the municipality has been preparing to renovate the public space in one of the 1970s neighborhoods. The project is now entering the implementation phase. The municipal council has chosen to rehabilitate the entire area, from drainage to greening, from parking lots to power outages. All this to prepare the neighborhood for the future and with an important role for the residents to participate. That is why the construction team was chosen. It is the first area in the municipality to be transformed in a radical, integrated, climate-adapted and future-oriented way. It is a great model project for subsequent neighborhood renovations. They are looking for a project leader who will lead the impactful project to implementation and successfully achieve it with all stakeholders, external and internal.Work requirements
* Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of a Bachelor’s level in HBO; * At least 6 years of demonstrable practical experience as a project leader and/or project manager and/or program manager in the field of civil engineering and/or cultural engineering;
* Demonstrable work experience with resident participation over the past five years (state this clearly in the CV);
* At least 1 year of work experience within the past 5 years in a municipality; * Demonstrable work experience in a municipal organization that is still developing (state this clearly in the CV); * At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 12 years as a public space project leader within the municipality;
* Demonstrable experience in building a civil and/or cultural arts construction team;working conditions
